Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and managing social media channels to increase patient engagement, promote medical services, and enhance the clinic’s brand visibility. This role requires a blend of creativity, digital marketing skills, and an understanding of healthcare communication.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote services, specialties, and health awareness events.
  • Collaborate with doctors and departments to gather information and develop patient-centric marketing materials.
  • Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, newsletters, banners, and digital ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize outreach efforts.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
  • Manage daily interactions, respond to messages/comments, and foster community engagement.
  • Design and produce visual content including reels, infographics, and patient education videos.
  • Ensure content complies with healthcare advertising regulations and brand tone.

Digital & Online Marketing

  • Monitor website traffic and manage SEO strategies to improve visibility.
  • Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Track leads and conversions from digital platforms and report on ROI.
  • Optimize digital channels to increase appointments and patient inquiries.

Community Engagement & Events

  • Organize in-house and external events such as wellness campaigns, screenings, and health talks.
  • Coordinate with influencers, local businesses, or media outlets for collaboration.
  • Support internal communications, staff events, and branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or social media, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and ethical communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
