We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to oversee and manage ongoing landscape and infrastructure maintenance projects at Faisalabad International Airport.

Position Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the execution and management of horticultural and civil works projects. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong project management skills and a solid engineering background, particularly in civil works and landscape development. The Project Manager must be PEC-registered and capable of working independently on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute landscaping and civil engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, designers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth implementation of project plans.
• Oversee civil engineering tasks, including landscape development, irrigation systems, and paving works.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery while upholding quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and comprehensive progress reports.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project coordination and communication.
• Ensure compliance with PEC regulations and relevant construction codes.
• Resolve on-site challenges by providing practical engineering solutions.
• Manage procurement in collaboration with the procurement team.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all project-related activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc Civil Engineering only; B.Tech not acceptable).
• Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in landscape or civil works.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning tools, and quality control standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software is an added advantage.
• Ability to independently manage on-site activities and lead project teams effectively.
