Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Senior HR Officer with proven expertise in recruitment for salon, maintenance, and restaurant staff. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in UAE visa processing and in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws. This is a hands-on role requiring proactive talent sourcing, HR operations management, and government documentation coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for salon technicians, maintenance personnel, and restaurant staff.
• Handle all documentation related to employment visas, labor contracts, Emirates ID, and medical insurance.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely renewals of visas and labor permits.
• Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Support management with strategic HR planning related to staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in recruitment for salon, F&B, or maintenance sectors.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in UAE visa processing procedures.
• Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
