SOFTWARE ENGINEER
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL queries, databases, and .NET development, with a focus on ERP systems. The role requires hands-on experience in ERP implementation and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain .NET applications.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data handling and reporting.
- Work on ERP system customization, configuration, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, document, and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Participate in at least one full-cycle ERP implementation.
- Support the IT/MIS team in managing hospital systems (hospital experience is a plus).
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and users to ensure smooth workflow and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in .NET development.
- Proficient in SQL queries and database management.
- Knowledge of ERP processes and workflows.
- Experience in at least one ERP implementation (hospital experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in healthcare or hospital settings.
