Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Site Finishing Engineer to oversee and manage all architectural and interior finishing works on a high-rise building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling end-to-end finishing operations, ensuring high-quality execution, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet project deadlines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and manage all architectural and interior finishing activities on-site, including tiling, plastering, painting, joinery, ceiling, wall finishes, doors, and other detailed works.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications; identify discrepancies and coordinate with design and technical teams for solutions.
• Ensure that all finishing works are executed according to design intent, project schedule, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline site operations.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship, and implement quality control measures to meet high finishing standards.
• Maintain snag lists and oversee timely rectification and close-out.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports; highlight potential delays and recommend mitigation measures.
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines and regulatory standards on-site.
• Interface with client representatives and consultants during inspections and handovers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finishing supervision, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role on high-rise or large-scale commercial/residential projects.
• Deep knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and quality standards.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai construction standards, approval procedures, and authority regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.
• UAE experience and valid driving license are preferred.
