Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily internal & external fleet operations as per global policy

- Own or assist in ARIBA-based procurement and payment processes

- Maintain accurate fleet data for KPIs and reporting

- Assist in audits, colleague satisfaction surveys, and vendor reviews

- Provide localized expertise in supplier due diligence and contract support for S2P (source-to-pay) events

- Build relationships across ES Fleet globally to share best practices

- Develop regular and ad hoc reporting for financial, compliance, and performance metrics

- Create executive summaries and discussion decks for meetings

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (Master’s preferred)

- 3+ years of experience in Fleet, Procurement, or Finance, preferably in a multinational environment

- Advanced analytical skills and knowledge of the Fleet industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ARIBA (P2P systems)

- Strong command of English (written & oral) required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
