Job Type: Full-Time for Night Shift

Timings: 11 PM to 7 AM / Rotational Shift
Reports To: IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, telephony, and other IT equipment.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office, G Suite).
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolution using a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions in systems such as Active Directory, Office 365, etc.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams in a timely manner.
  • Set up and support video conferencing tools and remote access systems (VPNs, RDP).
  • Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Participate in IT projects and system upgrades as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS environments and common enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
