Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Clinical Duties:
• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors and other healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Provide leadership and support in emergency or critical care situations.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient cases and ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate effectively with management, ensuring nursing needs and issues are addressed.

Qualifications:

Required Russian Speaker Nurse.

Bachelors degree in nursing.

Must have a DHA License or Eligibility letter.

Immediate joiner is required.
