We’re looking for a Senior SEO Executive to join our growing digital team at Brand Surge. This role requires a hands-on SEO expert who can manage multiple client accounts, deliver performance-driven strategies, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proven agency experience and a strong command of both on-page and off-page SEO. You’ll be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving traffic growth, and ensuring all SEO efforts are aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute SEO strategies for multiple client projects across different industries.

- ⁠Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis.

- ⁠Create and manage content strategies in collaboration with the content team.

- ⁠Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including link-building initiatives.

- ⁠Monitor, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.

- ⁠Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing regular performance updates and insights.

- ⁠Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.

- ⁠Stay up-to-date with latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of total experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a digital marketing agency.

- ⁠Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Master’s degree preferred).

- ⁠Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

- ⁠Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

- ⁠Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

- ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
