Job Purpose:
To manage and operate all audio-visual equipment within the mosque to ensure smooth delivery of religious services, sermons, educational programs, events, and daily prayers with high-quality sound and video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and operate microphones, speakers, projectors, recording devices, and other AV systems for daily prayers, Friday khutbahs, lectures, and special events.
• Ensure clear and balanced audio during live sessions, both in-person and for online streaming.
• Record and archive sermons, religious talks, and events for future use or digital platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with AV systems promptly.
• Collaborate with Imams, speakers, and event organizers to meet their AV needs.
• Maintain all AV equipment in good working condition and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Monitor and adjust sound levels based on the environment and audience size.
• Manage digital signage, displays, or live broadcasting tools as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in operating AV equipment in religious, educational, or public settings.
• Basic knowledge of sound mixing, live streaming, and recording equipment.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Respectful of the religious and cultural sensitivities of the mosque environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special Islamic occasions (Ramadan, Eid, etc.).

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
