Job Title:

Automation Electrician
Location: MIC (Mesaieed Industrial City)
Duration: 3 Months

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting for various QAPCO complex vehicles including mobile cranes, forklifts, diesel engines, and firefighting equipment (e.g., fire trucks and ambulances) as per schedules in the SAP system.:
• Receive clear verbal or written instructions for job tasks.
• Interpret drawings and work methods to meet technical standards.
• Discuss and clarify work requirements with the QAPCO Representative before starting.
• Obtain necessary work permits from the QAPCO Representative prior to commencement of tasks.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are safe and functioning properly.
• Follow QAPCO's safety standards strictly during all work activities.
• Inspect completed work and perform corrective actions to meet quality standards.
• Adhere to established examination procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at job sites and workshops.
• Follow QAPCO policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial vehicle electrical maintenance.

· Diploma of Associate Engineer in Electrical (post-secondary qualification

• Skills:
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and electrical drawings.
• Skilled in the use of electrical tools and diagnostic instruments.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Capable of creative and intelligent problem-solving.
• Knowledgeable in proper preventive maintenance practices.
• Licenses:
• Valid Qatari Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Valid Qatari Forklift License.
