Innovex Agency is a full-service creative agency based in Dubai, offering high-impact branding, commercial photo/video production, website development, 3D, and CGI services. We are looking for a talented Content Creator who can craft engaging, on-brand content for various platforms to support our marketing and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce original, creative content for social media, blogs, websites, campaigns, and ads.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and the marketing team to create content aligned with brand goals.
• Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for posts, captions, articles, newsletters, and other digital formats.
• Generate fresh, innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Adapt content for different platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
• Assist in planning and scheduling content calendars for various brands and internal projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, content formats, and digital engagement techniques.
• Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and feedback.
• Ensure all content meets branding guidelines and maintains consistency in tone and style.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in content writing, editing tools, and social media platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies
• Familiarity with design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
• Creative Skills: Strong storytelling, conceptual thinking, and visual sense
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Attitude: Self-driven, imaginative, collaborative, and detail-oriented
