We are seeking a skilled and experienced ELV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot Extra-Low Voltage systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical knowledge, be detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, intercom, fire alarm, BMS, PA systems, SMATV, and data/voice systems).
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
• Ensure proper routing, termination, labeling, and dressing of cables.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning in coordination with engineers.
• Identify faults and troubleshoot issues in existing systems.
• Maintain detailed records of work completed and report daily progress.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors and other trades as needed on-site.
