Job Summary:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and expertise in both graphic and digital design. The ideal candidate is proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop and has a solid understanding of User Interface (UI) Design and User Experience (UX) principles.
This role requires a designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs and help elevate our brand identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and develop high-quality designs for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.

- Design and optimize user-friendly UI/UX interfaces that enhance the user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to conceptualize and execute creative solutions.

- Conduct research to stay updated on design trends and implement innovative ideas into projects.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Required Skills and Expertise:

- Graphics & Design Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

- UI/UX Design: Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

- Graphic Designing: Expertise in creating visually stunning and impactful designs.

- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting and articulating design concepts.

- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Minimum of 1 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design.
