Unity Films is seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Intern (female only) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who have completed their studies and are serious about starting a career in Human Resources and Office Administration.

This is a strictly on-site internship and is ideal for candidates residing in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
• Maintain and organize employee records and documentation
• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Prepare HR reports, official letters, and assist in policy documentation
• Manage office supplies and provide general administrative support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only for fresh female graduates (must have completed their degree)
• Educational background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about starting a career in HR and administration
• Must be proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Must be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad

Important Notes:

• This is a full-time, on-site internship only. Remote work is not allowed.
• Online interviews will not be conducted. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview.
