Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, be customer service-oriented, and committed to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ventilation units, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Handle refrigerants responsibly and in accordance with EPA regulations.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
• Provide professional and courteous service to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technology.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
