Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC Technician to join our facility management team. The ideal candidate must be immediately available in Qatar with a valid QID and a transferable NOC. This position requires a strong background in HVAC systems, particularly within commercial or residential facility management settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely repair of HVAC units, including split units, package units, FCUs, AHUs, and chillers
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements when necessary
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair (experience in facility management preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical components related to HVAC systems
• Ability to read technical diagrams and service manuals
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work long hours
• Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable NOC
• Must be immediately available to join

Working Hours:

• 12-hour shift per day (11 hours work + 1 hour break)
• 6 days a week
