Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and implementing QA/QC procedures and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
• Conduct inspections of materials and work to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Support in maintaining quality documentation including inspection reports, NCRs, and test certificates
• Follow up with subcontractors and vendors regarding quality standards and corrective actions
• Perform regular site inspections under the supervision of a senior QA/QC engineer
• Assist in reviewing method statements, material submittals, and drawing approvals
• Coordinate with site engineers and consultants for quality audits and inspections
• Support the preparation and maintenance of as-built records and quality logs
• Ensure adherence to project-specific quality standards, codes, and client requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering field
• Experience: 0–2 years (internships and academic projects in QA/QC are a plus)
• Familiarity with ISO standards and QA/QC procedures
• Basic understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
