Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness of office premises, including meeting rooms, workstations, and kitchen.
  • Serve tea/coffee to staff and guests.
  • Handle day-to-day errands such as document delivery, photocopying, and office supplies arrangement.
  • Assist administrative and HR teams with minor tasks.
  • Monitor and refill office utilities (e.g., stationery, drinking water, etc.).
  • Support staff with setting up meetings or moving office equipment.
  • Ensure timely disposal of trash and maintenance of hygienic environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Matric
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic understanding of cleanliness and office etiquette
  • Honest, punctual, and well-mannered
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
