Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process online medicine orders from customers
• Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure order availability and timely delivery
• Respond to customer queries via call, chat, or WhatsApp
• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer details
• Follow up on pending orders and resolve delivery or stock issues
• Ensure prescriptions are valid and medicines are dispensed accordingly
• Support the pharmacy team in day-to-day tasks

Location: Gulberg, Lahore.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
