About Us:

Innovex Agency is a leading full-service creative agency based in Dubai, specializing in commercial photo/video production, branding, website development, 3D, and CGI. We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to manage and optimize our Zoho ecosystem across multiple departments, ensuring streamlined business operations through automation and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, Books, People, and others based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain Deluge scripts to automate workflows, tasks, and module interactions.
• Develop custom functions and integrate third-party platforms using APIs within the Zoho environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance concerns in existing Zoho apps.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver tailored Zoho solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, scripts, workflows, and custom modules.
• Ensure proper data management, security, compliance, and backup strategies are in place.
• Stay up to date with Zoho platform updates and recommend enhancements for improved functionality.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff on Zoho app usage and best practices.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with Zoho applications, especially CRM, Creator, and Deluge scripting
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Zoho suite (CRM, Creator, Books, People, etc.)
• Experience in Deluge scripting, APIs, custom functions, and third-party integrations
• Proficient in troubleshooting, automation logic, and business process mapping
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Attitude: Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset

• Salary: AED 1,500.00 – AED 2,000.00 per month (based on experience)
