We are looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Application Developer with a strong background in building location-based HRMS Attendance, Fintech, e Mobility App.

• Proven expertise in location-based services and Google Maps integration.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., real-time tracking, attendance, Fintech).
• Strong knowledge of multiple payment gateway integrations, including:
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay
• Stripe
• Bank Payments
• Visa/MasterCard Payments

• Prior experience working on large-scale mobile projects.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Solid understanding of mobile security standards, app performance optimization, and responsive UI/UX design.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with backend integration (Node.js, Firebase, or .NET preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and App Store/Play Store deployment.

If you’ve worked on complex Fintech APP, Commercial Banking app, Location Attendance systems APPS, mobility apps or ride-sharing platforms and are ready to take on new challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the entire mobile application lifecycle: from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Flutter and Dart.
• Gather requirements and propose smart, scalable solutions.
• Build beautiful, intuitive UIs with smooth functionality and animations.
• Conduct unit/UI testing and troubleshoot bugs to optimize performance.
• Ensure apps meet high-quality standards on both new and legacy systems.
• Continuously research and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
• Publish apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store with confidence.

Your Skill Set

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
• Strong command of iOS & Android native development.
• Experience with Dart.js, JSON, XML, SQLite.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and data structures.
• Proficiency in creating and deploying APK (Android) and IPA (iOS) files.
• Bonus: Java or Kotlin experience is a huge plus!
