About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team at our prestigious hotel in Dubai. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to attract top-tier hospitality talent, ensuring the hotel's staffing needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various hotel departments including F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Culinary, and Administration
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, agencies, referrals, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews, trials, and reference checks
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
• Represent the hotel at job fairs, recruitment events, and industry networking functions
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Stay updated on UAE labor laws, visa processes, and market trends affecting recruitment
• Support employer branding and internal mobility initiatives
• Train and guide junior HR/recruitment team members when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the hospitality industry (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and visa processing
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)
• Professional, approachable, and results-driven
