Job Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads to join our marketing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility. Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube)
- Monitor analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to track campaign performance and conversions
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and keywords to improve ROI
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to stay relevant
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present campaign insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
- Proven experience (3–4 years) managing Google Ads and social media campaigns
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
- Strong grasp of Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Creativity and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
