
Job Title: Academic Coordinator
Department: Academics Administration
Roles and Responsibilities
1. To coordinate with the Principal for all academic decisions and take her consent for any necessary decision or policy/SOP enforcement against students or reporting staff.
2. To assist the Principal in making a timetable for each session and to revise it on a need basis.
3. To establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and students. Any concerns raised should be addressed with counselling and mutual understanding.
4. To coordinate with teaching staff for syllabus follow-up, lesson planning and course completion.
5. To be responsible for subject coordination, intercampus coordination meetings to maintain uniformity and curriculum review as and when required.
6. To assist in the planning and monitoring of informal assessments, tests, exams and assignments.
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
1. Sufficient and appropriate knowledge of Islam
2. Practising Islam
3. Good English language skills both verbal and written
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent moral characteristics
6. Meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks
7. Conflict resolution
8. Critical thinking 9. Good IT skills to work on software and virtual teaching/learning.
Experience
Overall 5 years of teaching experience including 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Pay: From Rs65,000.00 per month
