Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support our sales team by scheduling qualified appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and appointment details.
• Follow up on leads and reschedule missed appointments.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
• Handle objections and demonstrate product/service knowledge confidently.
• Maintain professionalism in phone etiquette and written communications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
