Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting – Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements per IFRS, ensuring accuracy across entities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Support budget preparation, analyze variances, and provide financial insights.
• Internal Controls – Ensure compliance with policies, conduct audits, and recommend process improvements.
• Taxation & Compliance – Assist in tax filings, monitor regulatory updates, and ensure adherence.
• Team Coordination – Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams and mentor junior staff.
• System & Process Optimization – Support ERP implementation and drive automation for efficiency.

Key Skills

Education: MBA Finance / M.Com / ACCA
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Technical Skills:

• Financial Reporting & Accounting – General ledger, financial statements, compliance.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable – Invoice processing, payments, reconciliations.
• Taxation & Compliance – VAT, GST, corporate tax, regulatory filings.
• Budgeting & Cost Control – Planning, variance analysis, cost management.
• Audit & Internal Controls – Risk assessment, policy adherence, compliance.
• ERP & Accounting Software – SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical Thinking – Problem-solving, financial insights.
