We are seeking a Certified Medical Coding Team Lead with strong attention to detail and expertise in accurately translating healthcare services into standardized codes. You will be responsible for ensuring proper coding for insurance reimbursement and maintaining compliance with medical coding regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records for accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with federal regulations and insurance guidelines.
• Work closely with providers and billing teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on coding-related denials and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry coding guidelines and regulatory changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and organizational information.

Requirements:

• Valid certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2+ years of coding experience in a reputable medical billing company.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and coding systems.
• Proficiency in EHR and medical billing software.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
