Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Lead to join our dynamic Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that drive engagement, improve brand presence, and support business goals. This role demands strong leadership, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the content development team, including writers, editors, and content strategists.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content including blogs, website copy, marketing campaigns, social media posts, product descriptions, video scripts, newsletters, and other digital assets.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with design, SEO, performance marketing, and product teams to enhance content reach and effectiveness.
• Manage editorial calendars, content workflows, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps, ensure accuracy, and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure DBS Solutions remains ahead in content innovation.
• Mentor and provide performance feedback to content team members to ensure continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in content creation or editorial roles, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content performance analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, WordPress, Grammarly, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
