HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is looking for Factory Manager for one of its clients in the FMCG industry in Lahore.

Position Title: Factory Manager
Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Location: Lahore
Reporting to: GM Production
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or related field)

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production output, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
· Lead and manage cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, engineering, and quality control.
· Implement best practices in manufacturing, lean management, and cost optimization.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
· Collaborate with the GM Production to set production targets and strategic goals.
· Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
· Manage plant resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, effectively.
· Lead audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.
· Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and performance excellence.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within the FMCG industry.
· Prior experience as Production Manager, Production Head, or similar leadership roles.
· Proven track record in managing end-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, engineering, and operations.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage change and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
