We’re currently seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and staff in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar systems
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Support internal teams with day-to-day coordination needs
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
