Job Description

We’re currently seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and staff in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar systems
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Support internal teams with day-to-day coordination needs

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40.00 - Rs65.00 per month

Work Location: In person
