Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell personal loan products to individual clients
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
• Explain product features and benefits to customers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Ensure compliance with internal and bank guidelines
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, energetic, and sales-driven personality
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Must be based in the UAE
• Willing to join immediately (preferred)
