Job Overview:
Fintrek Marketing is hiring Sales Executives to promote personal loan products in Dubai. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to grow in the banking and financial sales industry.

If you're a confident communicator, target-driven, and motivated by incentives, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell personal loan products to customers
• Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor marketing, referrals, and walk-ins
• Explain product benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-focused attitude with determination to succeed
• Ability to handle rejections and work in a performance-driven environment
• Currently residing in the UAE
• Willingness to work in a field sales role
• Immediate joiners are preferred
