POSITION TITLE: Purchase Executive

PREREQUISITES:

Strong negotiating and closing skills required, along with a demonstrated ability to develop negotiation strategies for complex activities. Ability to evaluate legal and business risks and ramifications of proposed contractual terms. Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service

EDUCATION:

Graduate studies or MBA or purchasing and supply. With good knowledge of MS office suite and Materials management software (MMS)

EXPERIENCE:

Previous Min 3 years experience as Purchase executive with expertise in the MEP background ( Mechanical, Electrical, Plumber).

• Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
• Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.
• Create and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders in ERP.
• Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
• Ensure accuracy of item codes, specifications, and supplier information for MEP items.
• Source and evaluate vendors for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing supplies.
• Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors.
• Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and identify alternative suppliers.
• Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
• Assist in the installation of MEP work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
