Job Description:
Fintrek Marketing is hiring enthusiastic Sales Executives – Credit Card to join our Abu Dhabi team. Whether you’re starting fresh or bring experience in banking sales, this role offers excellent training, competitive pay, and a clear career path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers
- Generate leads via cold calling, field visits, and client meetings
- Explain credit card features, eligibility, and documentation clearly
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE banking regulations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Willingness to work in a field sales environment
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Experience is a plus but not mandatory
