Job Summary:

Horti Club, a renowned horticulture and landscape development company, is seeking a General Manager, strictly for Retired Army Colonels who retired in 2019 or later, to lead and manage its operations in Lahore. The ideal candidate must possess a strong command over administrative control, project oversight, team discipline, and inter-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead company operations including project execution, workforce management, logistics, and administration.
• Ensure landscape projects are delivered on time and meet company quality standards.
• Establish and enforce company policies, systems, and procedures for efficient management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and productivity.
• Monitor budgets, reporting, and overall financial health of operational units.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Present strategic and performance reports to company leadership.
• Uphold organizational discipline, conduct, and high ethical standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a Retired Army Colonel (Retired in 2019 or Later – Mandatory)
• Minimum of 20 years of service in the armed forces with command and administrative experience
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with civil, landscape, or project-based industries will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and crisis-handling ability

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Rs. 150,000 and above (Based on interview and experience)
• Company perks and allowances as per policy
