• Design and implement the corporate business performance process of PHCC.
• Research and keep abreast of trends in the external and internal environment that present risks and opportunities for PHCC’s business performance.
• Provide expertise and support to the corporate performance process, both at a strategic and operational level, including performance measure selection and reporting.
• Develop business analysis capacity and capability within PHCC.
• Develop, in consultation with Departments, performance measures that enable senior management to monitor the achievement of PHCC’s objectives and strategies and support decision-making.
• Plan, co-ordinate, communicate and monitor the implementation of performance procedures for the department.
• Conduct reviews of specific process and practices where problems and/or inefficiencies are identified and recommend alternatives to achieve PHCC’s outcomes and targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
  
  

Experience and Knowledge Requirement

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Health Sector
• Strong understanding of performance management & measurement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing performance management reports.
• Proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and visualization tools (Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau).
