Job Description:

Horti Club, a leading horticulture and landscape company, is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Expert to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate must be passionate about digital marketing, have a deep understanding of horticulture trends, and know how to translate brand vision into impactful online content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, graphics) aligned with the brand and services
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to generate leads and grow engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare analytical reports
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with the design and on-ground teams to cover site/project highlights
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO basics, and content strategy
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canvas, Adobe Suite is a plus
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Creative thinking and ability to work independently

Note:

• This is a Faisalabad-based position.
• No relocation, residence, or accommodation will be provided by the company.
• Out-of-city candidates must arrange their own stay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
