Job Summary:
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader – Personal Finance to manage and lead a team of sales executives focused on personal loan and financial product sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE, with a strong background in personal finance, loan products, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of personal finance sales executives.
- Drive team performance to achieve individual and group sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure high-quality client engagement.
- Provide guidance on product features, eligibility checks, and documentation.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Report sales performance and team progress to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personal finance sales or team leadership in the UAE.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE personal loan products and financial services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining or short notice.
