Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a visionary and dynamic Technical Director to lead the architectural/design execution and site delivery of a prestigious and landmark project for Jeddah. This is a rare opportunity for a design-trained leader to shape history through scale, innovation, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the integration of design into site execution strategies for this high-profile project.
• Bridge concept to construction: drive design decisions, resolve technical challenges, and maintain the design integrity on site.
• Coordinate with global design consultants, engineers, and construction teams to align design vision with buildability.
• Provide expert oversight on construction sequencing, detailing, materials, and system integration.
• Champion quality assurance, risk mitigation, and timely delivery across all design-built interfaces.
• Serve as the project’s architectural conscience during all phases of construction.

Ideal Candidate:

• • Architectural degree (BArch/MArch) with extensive experience translating complex designs into constructed realities.
  • Proven track record delivering major large-scale structures, ideally on live construction sites.
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of design leadership and technical management.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative and decisive mindset.
  • International experience and exposure preferred.
