Qualification & Experience:

Essential

  • BS Computer Sciences/Computer Engineering/Software Engineering from HEC recognized University having 01-02 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Proficiency in QALAM CMS.

Desirable

  • MS Computer Science from HEC recognized University having 01 years of experience in relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure system security,stability,and performance through regular maintenance and updates.
  • Provide training sessions and resources to users on how to effectively use the CMS platform.
  • Proficient with PMDC rules required for MBBS admission.
  • Responsible for admission/selection process of MBBS & BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics program.
  • Responsible for correction of students particulars on QALAM CMS for degree and Transcript preparation.
  • Responsible for preparation of UG/PG students States from Qalam/CMS required for Higher HQs.
  • Responsibile for MBBS student registration on PMDC portal..
  • Responsible for Student Registration on Qalam CMS during admission process.
  • Coordination with NUMS regarding Merit list/Selection updates.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency with Campus Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal,Joomla, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulation (e.g.GDPR) and best practices for managing user data within the CMS platform
  • PMDC rules & regulations

Terms & Conditions

  • Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).
  • Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
  • Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
  • 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
  • NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
  • In process of pursuing a required degree.
  • Medically unfit.
  • Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
  • Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
