Job Title: Business Analyst – Aggregator (Delivery Applications & Sales)
Location: Manama, Bahrain

Reports to: Group General Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making across Bahrain’s leading delivery aggregators — including Talabat, Ahlan, Jahez, and others. You will play a key role in optimizing our brand performance on third-party platforms, supporting sales strategy, and driving growth through analytical insights. The ideal candidate understands the local market dynamics and has experience working with food delivery or e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Performance Monitoring: Analyse daily and weekly performance metrics (GMV, AOV, cancellations, delivery times) across aggregators such as Talabat, Ahlan, Jahez, and others.
- Sales & Campaign Reporting: Generate and present actionable reports on platform sales, customer acquisition, retention, and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
- Menu & Product Optimization: Monitor item-level sales, pricing competitiveness, and menu design to optimize visibility and conversion rates on delivery platforms.
- Aggregator Relationship Support: Collaborate with aggregator account managers to align on campaign execution, product placement, and growth initiatives.
- Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Provide analytical support for pricing decisions, discounting strategies, and new product launches based on platform data.
- Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in customer behaviour, order timing, and category trends specific to the Bahrain delivery ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to implement aggregator-based growth strategies.
- BI Integration: Maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to provide real-time visibility to internal stakeholders.
- Optimize Marketing Spend: Manage marketing investments on aggregator platforms such as CPC campaigns and banner advertisements etc., while analysing and comparing their return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2–4 years’ experience in business analysis, e-commerce, or food delivery aggregator environments.
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain’s delivery landscape (Talabat, Ahlan, Jahez, etc.).
- Excellent data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Familiarity with KPIs such as GMV, AOV, conversion rate, CAC, and promo ROI.
- Strong communication skills; capable of translating data into business actions.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working with or analysing sales on Talabat or other GCC aggregator platforms.
- Understanding of regional customer behaviour, dining habits, and market trends in Bahrain.
- Exposure to CRM and digital marketing tools is a plus.
