Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer / Sales Closer to join our growing team. This role requires an individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing leads, delivering compelling sales presentations, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Qualify leads and understand client needs to offer tailored product or service solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads through various channels to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Close deals effectively and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a sales closer, business development executive, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections, stay persistent, and close high-value deals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
