Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Support staff who will provide technical support to our clients, ensuring quick resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and technical know-how related to IT systems and crm’s.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system

✅ Understand client-reported website issues, investigate them, and provide timely solutions
✅ Escalate complex issues to development teams when necessary

✅ Guide clients on basic tasks such as CMS usage, plugin installation, and content updates

✅ Monitor website uptime and performance, proactively addressing potential issues

✅ Document support cases, resolutions, and common issues in knowledge base

✅ Coordinate with the web development team to resolve bugs or implement fixes

✅ Educate clients on website best practices, security, and maintenance

Requirements:

✔ Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in IT/web development

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

✔ Patience and professionalism when dealing with clients

✔ Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools

✔ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple support requests
