Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine desire to help others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via , email, or live chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, Matric
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Timings: 3 PM to 11PM shift or 11PM to 7AM shift
