Position: IT Support Specialist

Basic Salary: 40,000 to 45,000 PKR

Shift Timing: Cover shift, rotational as required

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level One support for hardware and software issues.

Manage networking tasks, camera installations, and maintain local servers (DC, ADC).

Administer pfsense firewall and oversee wireless network operations.

Handle inventory management efficiently.

Respond to remote and on-site support requests for projects in the USA, UAE, and Pakistan.

Collaborate with various in-house departments such as development, sales, HR, and accounts.

Demonstrate a sound understanding of equipment purchasing.
