Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as minor electrical, plumbing, and general office repairs.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the office premises, including furniture, kitchen, and washroom areas.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and keep stationery items well-organized.
  • Provide assistance with document handling tasks including delivery, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Make sure the office is clean and presentable at the start of each day and securely locked at closing.
  • Greet and assist visitors, run errands, and support staff in daily operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • No formal education required, though basic literacy is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
  • Must be physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and manual tasks.
  • Should be courteous, respectful, and ready to help staff and visitors.
  • Must be trustworthy, dependable, and responsible in managing office duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
