We are seeking a dynamic Production In charge will lead and oversee all operations of the manufacturing process—from raw material handling to final packaging. The role ensures that all processes meet regulatory standards and are executed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. The candidate will drive continuous improvement, quality adherence, and team performance.

Educational Requirement - Bachelors/master's degree.

Experience Required – 2+ Years of experience in perfume manufacturing as executive/Supervisor/In charge.

Perfume manufacturing experience is mandatory.

Major duties & responsibilities.

• Develop and execute weekly/monthly production plans based on sales orders and inventory targets.
• Monitor daily production progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Optimize machine utilization and manpower allocation.
• Manage end-to-end perfume production: blending, filling, labeling, packaging, and storage.
• Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, and local regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure all products meet quality specifications.
• Implement corrective actions on quality deviations and non-conformance reports.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
• Foster a culture of accountability and safety.
• Monitor material yield, wastage, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Analyze production data and suggest automation or layout changes where needed.
• Ensure optimal stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
• Prevent material shortages or overstock through effective coordination with the procurement team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
