Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have strong GCC experience, with an in-depth understanding of accounting practices, local tax regulations, and financial reporting, particularly within the Bahraini business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance & accounts department
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analysis
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, tax laws, and local financial regulations
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and reconciliations
  • Implement financial controls and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Must have GCC experience in Bahrain
  • Must have certification of ACCA
  • Strong knowledge of Bahraini tax, VAT, and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
  • Excellent command of Excel and financial analysis tools
