Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Facilities Services Manager to lead our facilities operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in facility management services, including hard and soft services, contract management, client relations, and team leadership. This is a senior-level position responsible for ensuring that all facilities services are delivered to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facility management services across multiple sites
  • Lead, supervise, and support multidisciplinary FM teams (technical, cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor facility policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety laws, and international FM standards
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for MEP and HVAC systems
  • Prepare and control operational budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts
  • Handle client communication, reporting, and relationship management
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations to ensure service quality
  • Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across facilities
  • Lead crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity planning
  • Coordinate project management tasks including renovations, relocations, and upgrades
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and digital transformation in FM practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience with large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial facility operations
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CAFM systems, MS Office, and facility performance metrics
  • Valid QID and NOC (for candidates within Qatar)
